I partnered closely with regional marketing leaders, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop campaign messaging and advertising copy that strengthened brand recognition and created emotional connection with global audiences. This included both digital and traditional advertising initiatives designed to support customer acquisition and retention.

Customer Education & Long-Form Content

I created long-form content including blogs and help articles that translated complex financial and remittance topics into clear, accessible, and actionable information. This work supported customer understanding, reduced friction in the user journey, and improved overall content clarity across global markets.

Lifecycle & Retention Communications

I wrote lifecycle email campaigns focused on customer engagement, retention, and transaction growth. These communications supported key moments in the customer journey, helping build trust, increase product awareness, and encourage repeat usage of the platform.

Social & Multimedia Content

I developed copy for both organic and paid social media campaigns that reinforced brand voice, increased awareness, and supported performance marketing initiatives. I also contributed to video and partnership scripts for YouTube and co-branded campaigns, helping bring storytelling concepts to life across multimedia formats.
